This website is run by Branch Joinery and Interiors Ltd, trading as Branch Joinery & Interiors, registered in England and Wales (company number 10204138), registered office B4 Marston Gate, Stirling Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 4DE. We are responsible for the personal details you send us through it. For anything about your data, email sales@branchinteriors.co.uk.

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write in your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email and anything in it.

Like every website, the servers that deliver this one record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to run and protect the site. The contact form also uses your IP address for a minute or so to stop the same person sending messages over and over.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to quote for and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us and, where an enquiry leads to work, taking the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. We do not sell your details.

We use a small number of services to run the site and our email:

• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• Resend, which delivers messages from the contact form to our inbox;
• Microsoft, which provides our email.

They handle your details only to provide those services to us. Some of them may process data outside the UK, in which case they do so under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and, if it leads to work, for as long as we need to keep business records about that work.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, and ask us to correct them, delete them, or stop or limit how we use them. Email sales@branchinteriors.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
